    • non-stick skillet
    • Spatula
    • measuring cups

    Method
     

    1. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
    2. Add the flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, milk, egg, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Mix until well combined.
    3. If desired, fold in the chocolate chips for added sweetness.
    4. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with cooking spray or butter.
    5. Pour small amounts of the batter onto the skillet, forming mini pancakes about 2-3 inches in diameter.
    6. Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
    7. Once cooked, allow the pancakes to cool for a minute, then insert popsicle sticks into the center of each pancake.
    8. Serve warm, and enjoy your Banana Pancake Pops!
