Method
 

  1. Add the frozen meatballs to the crockpot, spreading them evenly.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sweet chili sauce, ketchup, honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir until fully blended.
  3. Pour the sauce mixture over the meatballs, ensuring they are well-coated.
  4. Cover the crockpot with the lid and set it to cook on low heat for 4-5 hours or on high heat for 2-3 hours.
  5. During cooking, stir occasionally to ensure the meatballs are evenly coated with the sauce.
  6. Once fully cooked and heated through, serve the meatballs hot as an appetizer or over rice for a main dish.

Notes

For extra spice, increase the amount of red pepper flakes. You can also substitute honey with brown sugar for a slightly different flavor.
