  • Granulated erythritol or xylitol
  • Optional: pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch of fine sea salt

Method

  1. Wash the grapes thoroughly under cool running water.
  2. Pat the grapes dry with a towel or paper towels.
  3. Soak the grapes in a large mixing bowl filled with Prosecco for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  4. Drain the grapes and pat them dry gently again.
  5. In a small bowl, mix erythritol, sea salt, and optional vanilla extract.
  6. Toss the damp grapes with the sweetener mixture until well coated.
  7. Spread the coated grapes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Chill the grapes in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours before serving.

Notes

Ensure the grapes are well dried after washing to help the coating adhere. Use chilled Prosecco for the best texture. Serve the grapes within 1-2 days for optimal freshness.
