  4. Add honey while the mixture is hot, then turn off the heat and pour in the remaining green tea to cool it down.
  5. Stir in lemon juice and taste to adjust the flavor, aiming for a slightly stronger taste than desired for the final jelly.
  6. Refrigerate the green tea jelly for two to three hours until it becomes solid.
