Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsweetened cranberry juice
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 liter sparkling water or club soda
  • 2 fresh limes, sliced
  • 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • Sugar substitute (optional)
  • Ice

Method

  1. Wash and prepare all fresh berries and citrus. Slice the limes and set some aside for garnish. Muddle fresh mint leaves in the bottom of a punch bowl.
  2. Combine the unsweetened cranberry juice and fresh orange juice in the punch bowl over the muddled mint. Stir well.
  3. If desired, sweeten to taste with your chosen sugar substitute.
  4. Gently add the mixed berries and lime slices to the juice mixture. Let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 15-20 minutes.
  5. Cover and chill for 1-2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Just before serving, fill the punch bowl with ice and pour in the sparkling water, stirring gently.
  7. Garnish with extra mint sprigs, lime slices, and berries before serving.

Notes

For best results, chill all liquid ingredients before mixing. Add sparkling water just before serving to maintain fizz.
