Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally without separating the individual rolls. Place the bottom halves in a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  3. Layer each roll with a slice of ham and then a slice of Swiss cheese. Place the top halves of the rolls back on top to form the sliders.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and poppy seeds (if using).
  5. Pour the butter mixture evenly over the sliders, ensuring the tops are well coated.
  6. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then separate into individual sliders and serve warm.

Notes

You can substitute Swiss cheese with cheddar or provolone for a different flavor. Add a sprinkle of sesame seeds instead of poppy seeds if preferred.
