  • 0.5 cup gluten-free rolled oats adds texture and fiber
  • 1 cup Truvia Sweet Complete All-Purpose Sweetener a diabetic-friendly sugar substitute
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened cocoa powder for rich chocolate flavor
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
Wet Mix
  • 0.25 cup oil like avocado or light olive oil for healthy fats
  • 0.25 cup water helps create a smooth batter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract adds depth and aroma
Topping
  • 0.33 cup chocolate chips choose sugar-free or dark chocolate for best results

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  3. In a food processor, combine almond flour, rolled oats, sweetener, cocoa powder, baking soda, and baking powder. Pulse for 10–15 seconds.
  4. Add oil, water, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Process until a thick dough forms.
  5. Remove the blade and transfer the dough to the prepared pan. Spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
  7. Bake for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Let the brownies cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes before slicing.

Notes

Use almond flour to keep carbs low and brownies moist. You can use Stevia or Erythritol instead of Truvia. Ensure oats are certified gluten-free. Add Greek yogurt for extra fudginess. Let cool before slicing to avoid crumbling. Optional add-ins: chopped nuts or peanut butter swirls.
