  • 2 cups of cold water (divided)
  • 2 cups of boiling water
  • 2 cups of sugar-free fruit juice (e.g., cranberry, cherry, orange)
  • 2-4 tablespoons of erythritol or stevia (optional, to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice (optional)

Method
 

  1. Bloom the Gelatin: Sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it sit for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Dissolve the Gelatin: Pour boiling water over the bloomed gelatin and whisk until clear.
