Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut water
  • 1/2 teaspoon magnesium glycinate powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ashwagandha root powder
  • 1 tablespoon unflavored collagen peptides
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
  • Optional: monk fruit sweetener to taste
  • Optional: ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Prepare your orange juice by squeezing one large orange to yield approximately 1 cup.
  2. Combine the fresh orange juice and unsweetened coconut water in a glass or blender bottle.
  3. Add the magnesium glycinate powder, ashwagandha root powder, and collagen peptides to the liquid mixture.
  4. Sprinkle in a pinch of sea salt and add monk fruit sweetener if desired.
  5. Mix thoroughly until all powders are completely dissolved.
  6. Add ice cubes if you prefer a colder drink and serve immediately.
