Ingredients

Base
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.75 cup unsweetened plant-based milk such as almond, oat, or coconut
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder choose your favorite brand for taste and texture
Optional Sweeteners and Extras
  • 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey for added sweetness
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract for extra depth of flavor
  • 1 pinch salt to bring everything together

Method

  1. Add chia seeds, cinnamon, protein powder, and your chosen milk to a jar or bowl. Stir the mixture well until the powder dissolves and the seeds are evenly dispersed.
  2. Wait 5–10 minutes. Then stir again to prevent clumping and ensure a smooth texture.
  3. Cover and refrigerate the mixture for at least one hour, ideally overnight.
  4. Before eating, stir and add your favorite toppings like berries, yogurt, or cacao nibs.

Notes

To boost protein, add an extra scoop of your favorite powder and adjust milk accordingly. For keto, swap maple syrup for erythritol. For a dessert-like twist, add cocoa powder or swirl with cinnamon-yogurt mix. Blend all ingredients for a smoother texture.
