Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • ½ cup Protein Powder (unsweetened)
  • ¼ cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 2 large Eggs
  • ¼ cup Maple Syrup or Date Syrup
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Melted Coconut Oil
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ½ tsp Baking Powder
  • Pinch of Sea Salt
  • 4 oz High-Quality Dark Chocolate (70% cocoa or higher), chopped
  • ¼ cup Natural Nut Butter
  • ¼ cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds or Flax Seeds
  • ½ cup Mixed Berries
  • ¼ cup Chopped Nuts
  • Optional: 1 tbsp Cacao Nibs
  • Optional: Drizzle of Sugar-Free Chocolate Syrup or Maple Syrup

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a pizza pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the dry ingredients: almond flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sea salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, maple syrup, olive oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix until just combined.
  5. Transfer batter to the pizza pan, spreading evenly to form a crust.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until set and slightly darker at the edges. Let cool completely.
  7. Melt dark chocolate and nut butter together until smooth.
  8. Stir in Greek yogurt and chia or flax seeds until well combined.
  9. Once the crust is cool, spread the topping evenly over it.
  10. Decorate with mixed berries and chopped nuts, adding optional toppings as desired.
  11. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set before serving.

Notes

Ensure to cool the crust completely before adding the topping to avoid sogginess. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
