Buldak Carbonara Ramen

  1. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a medium-sized pot.
  2. Add the ramen noodles and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender, then drain the water, leaving about 2 tablespoons in the pot.
  3. Add the Buldak sauce packet that comes with the ramen to the noodles and stir until evenly coated.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, milk, egg yolk, and Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  5. Reduce the heat to low and add the cream mixture to the pot with the noodles. Stir continuously for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the noodles.
  6. Add the butter and stir until melted and fully incorporated.
  7. Transfer the Buldak Carbonara Ramen to a serving bowl and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

For extra creaminess, you can add more heavy cream. Adjust the amount of Buldak sauce to control the spice level.
