Buffalo Chicken Sliders

These Buffalo Chicken Sliders are a quick and delicious appetizer or meal, packed with spicy chicken, ranch dressing, and melted cheese.

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken and Buffalo sauce, mixing until the chicken is evenly coated.
  3. Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and lay the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Spread the Buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the bottom halves of the buns.
  5. Drizzle ranch dressing over the chicken mixture.
  6. Top with shredded lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese, and diced celery if desired.
  7. Place the top halves of the slider buns on top of the fillings.
  8. Brush the melted butter over the tops of the buns for added flavor and a golden finish.
  9. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
  10. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the buns are lightly toasted and the cheese is melted.
  11. Remove from the oven, let cool for a minute, and serve warm.

Notes

You can substitute blue cheese dressing for ranch if preferred. Add extra Buffalo sauce for more heat.
