  • 1 scoop (approx. 20-25g) unflavored protein powder (whey isolate or collagen peptides recommended)
  • 1-2 packets sugar-free sweetener (optional)
  • Fresh berries or finely diced fruit (optional)

Method
 

  1. In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a rolling boil.
  2. Pour the boiling water into a medium mixing bowl. Immediately sprinkle the unflavored gelatin powder evenly over the hot water. Whisk continuously for 2-3 minutes until completely dissolved.
  3. Gradually whisk in 1 cup of cold sugar-free fruit juice.
  4. Add the unflavored protein powder to the mixture and whisk for another 2-3 minutes until smooth.
  5. If desired, add sugar-free sweetener to taste and stir until dissolved.
  6. Pour the mixture into individual serving dishes or molds.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours until set.

Notes
